- Collaborate with Delivery managers to improve project strategies and quality standards.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to production teams on project guidelines.
- Investigate escalations to identify root causes and support recovery efforts.
- Manage team performance through mentoring to enhance writing quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English or Literature.
- Fluency in English at C1/C2 level; strong grammar and comprehension skills.
- Critical analytical skills to assess text quality.
- 2+ years in creative writing or related fields preferred.
- Experience with NLP/GenAI models is a plus.
