Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time, contract AI Integrator to enhance operational efficiency within marketing, sales, and client delivery through automation. This position involves identifying potential areas for AI integration, constructing comprehensive workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, and various CRMs, while ensuring these systems are scalable and thoroughly documented.

The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and strategic insight, capable of transforming business requirements into automated solutions, refining existing processes, and training team members on newly implemented systems. Responsibilities also include continuous optimization, troubleshooting, and providing guidance to leadership on AI tools and system enhancements. This role offers flexibility, requiring approximately 5–15 hours per week, with compensation commensurate with experience and project scope, prioritizing skill and execution over cost.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing AI or automation systems in a business or agency setting
• Proficiency with tools such as OpenAI/GPT APIs, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar
• Capability to design and link end-to-end workflows across various systems (CRM, email, forms, project management tools, etc.)
• Basic coding skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages for integrations and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills to document systems and translate business needs into technical solutions.
