Role Overview
As an AI Operator, you will be instrumental in optimizing team workflows by integrating AI tools. This position focuses on transforming how teams function by embedding AI at the core of their processes. You will work closely with a brand to analyze current workflows, redesign them using AI, and ensure successful adoption by the team.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to map and assess existing workflows.
- Create and implement a tool-agnostic playbook for redesigned processes.
- Facilitate team adoption through hands-on coaching and support.
- Measure and report on workflow improvements.
- Onboard newly acquired brands into core workflows and tools.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product, operations, customer support, or related fields.
- Strong, hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or Codex.
- Proven ability to drive change and gain team trust.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Adept at navigating complex workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
