- Initiate and expand AI solutions for various departments, including HR, marketing, and operations.
- Engage in the development of AI assistants, reporting tools, and other internal platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Establish best practices and standards for AI utilization across the organization.
- Train staff and enhance the adoption of AI technologies.
- Define performance metrics and assess the success of implemented solutions.
- Regularly provide leadership with insights on new AI and automation prospects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Digital Transformation Manager, or similar.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI systems and automation tools.
- Strong grasp of AI architecture, APIs, and data integration.
- Proficiency with programming languages like Python, TypeScript, or Golang.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
