Role Overview: We are looking for a commercially-driven Business Lead to manage relationships and drive the commercial success of special projects and transformation initiatives. This position merges strategy, client leadership, and go-to-market (GTM) efforts, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with subject matter experts and delivery teams to implement transformative changes across people, processes, and technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic account management and develop long-term roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Act as a senior client liaison, influencing strategy at the executive level.
- Oversee governance processes and manage stakeholder relations.
- Set commercial targets and negotiate high-value agreements.
- Define and implement transformation strategies in partnership with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent Brandtech+ in industry engagements.
- Empower delivery teams and mentor internal talent.
Requirements:
- Expertise in senior account leadership or commercial roles within creative or digital agencies.
- Strong background in P&L management and transformational client engagements.
- Ability to influence executive teams and establish strategic KPIs.
- Interest in AI technologies and their applications in business.
