Key Responsibilities:

- Produce email briefs, including copy, design guidance, and manage the execution of SMS, MMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Coordinate campaign project management and production timelines among clients, designers, and strategists to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Handle email sends, including segment building, quality assurance, scheduling, and deployment aligned with content calendars.
- Engage with clients through meetings and communications to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Prepare monthly reports analyzing campaign performance and share insights with the client teams.
- Stay current on lifecycle best practices and compliance, enabling new email service provider features.
- Contribute to client acquisition campaigns and list growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with at least one year in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with platforms like Klaviyo, SFMC, or similar.
- Strong writing skills and a proactive approach to improving communication.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
