Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success & Content Specialist to enhance our support team. Main Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Engage with customers via Intercom, ensuring prompt and friendly communication. Troubleshoot issues and maintain a detailed log of inquiries and resolutions.
- Content Creation: Produce and manage a library of instructional videos and how-to guides for product features, ensuring they remain current as the product evolves.
- Social Media Assistance: Occasionally contribute to social media content by adapting existing materials for various platforms.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- A quick learner, eager to understand our diverse product offerings.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on maintaining clear records.
- Comfortable with video recording and voiceovers.
