Dual-Lane Operations Lead

Synergy Suites is looking for a Dual Operations Lead to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping growing businesses set up effective operational frameworks that lessen their dependency on founders. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in organizational systems, execution, and ensuring operational clarity.

Your responsibilities will be divided into two main areas:

• Internal Operations Management: You will manage the internal processes of RSS, ensuring operations run smoothly and conform to our established guidelines.
• Client Delivery of Synergy OS Framework: You will ensure that all client interactions are in sync with our transformative processes.

• Operational Health: Monitoring internal execution metrics, team task completion, and operational routines.
• Delivery Integrity: Ensuring project milestones are met on time, maintaining consistency in client delivery, and avoiding scope creep.
• Client Experience Indicators: Tracking client feedback, monitoring escalation rates, and assessing installation completion metrics.

This role offers flexible hours, with a commitment of up to 40 hours per month, typically ranging between 20 to 40 hours weekly. We are open to discussing a retainer arrangement as well.
