- Demonstrated ability to source and engage contributors, particularly from professional and executive backgrounds.
- A keen editorial eye for voice, relevance, and cultural context.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising landscapes for underrepresented individuals.
- Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
