Role Overview:

- Engage in architectural and technical discussions to uphold quality standards.
- Promote AI-driven development practices within the team.
- Oversee team capacity and project prioritization to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in an engineering leadership role with at least 5 years in software engineering.
- Strong ability to combine people management with technical contributions.
- Experience in building scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with AI products and modern web technologies like TypeScript and React.
- Comfort working with remote teams.
