Main Responsibilities
- Edit TikTok and Reels with a focus on optimizing viewer engagement.
- Analyze your past work daily to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to experiment and enhance creative approaches.
- Deliver content swiftly and maintain proactive communication.
- Stay informed on TikTok and Instagram trends to apply relevant insights.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze viral content and understand its success factors.
- Recent portfolio showcasing at least 20 short-form edits.
- Familiarity with diverse video formats and metrics.
- Proficiency in CapCut Pro or similar editing software.
- Strong command of English and the ability to work autonomously.
Compensation & Working Style
