Main Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting across various functions, including Go-to-Market and Engineering.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to outline role needs and sourcing strategies.
- Implement outbound sourcing strategies and maintain a robust referral pipeline.
- Standardize the recruiting process and ensure accountability among interviewers.
- Enhance the candidate experience and manage recruiting operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruiting, with experience in technical startups.
- Proven success in sourcing for both GTM and Engineering roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and a strong understanding of DevOps recruiting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
