Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Digital Designers with a background in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team as GenAI Creators. In this newly established role, you will leverage the Pencil platform to create high-quality advertisements for a diverse range of clients, from enterprises to small businesses. This position presents unique challenges that blend creative artistry with scientific precision in advertising.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create ad content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display based on client briefs.
- Guide briefs through the stages of insight, concept development, copywriting, and multimedia generation.
- Supplement AI-generated work with manual touch-ups as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to refine client briefs and meet their requirements.
- Work with the Training team to explore new GenAI techniques and improve output quality.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in advertising creative development.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong written communication skills.
- A reliable computer with high-speed internet access.
- Agency experience preferred and a collaborative mindset.
