- Process leave requests and manage administrative functions for EORs.
- Maintain and update HR-related knowledge in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist clients and EORs with HR inquiries via various communication channels.
- Lead standard onboarding and offboarding procedures for EORs.
- Support HR projects, particularly in mass onboarding and offboarding initiatives.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, managing the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic setting. Proficiency in English is essential, and German fluency is advantageous. Knowledge of German labor laws is required, along with strong communication skills and customer focus. Experience with tools like JIRA and Zendesk is beneficial.
