- Oversee HR data management, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR.
- Conduct audits and enhance reporting systems.
- Provide training and technical support to HR team members.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a Bachelor’s in HR, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS in organizations with over 5,000 employees.
- Familiarity with HR processes and system integrations.
- Proficient in data management and analytics.
