Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to assist in the implementation of our new HRIS and enhance our people technology framework. This position will report to the HR Systems lead and involve bridging the needs of the People team with our technical capabilities, especially in a dynamic fintech setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the migration to a new HRIS, focusing on system configuration, data migration, and ensuring minimal disruption.
- Customize processes within the new HRIS to ensure compliance with various policies.
- Provide ongoing HR Systems support, including implementing new workflows and analyzing system setups for improvements.
- Oversee data quality projects and manage compliance with HR data regulations.
- Conduct audits to resolve discrepancies and facilitate strategic reporting.
Requirements:
Fluency in English, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of HRIS experience in large organizations. Familiarity with various HR modules and advanced data management skills are essential. Experience with Workday is preferred.
