Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Product Manager for our brokerage product team. This role involves spearheading new product initiatives and managing existing offerings. Main Responsibilities:
- Define and own brokerage products, writing clear product requirements.

- Improve operational efficiency and own relevant metrics.
- Develop and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Engage with customers and regulators to gather insights and refine product strategies.
- Report on product status to stakeholders and manage ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or startups.
- Strong interest in Brokerage and FinTech, with data analysis skills in SQL and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Business acumen to navigate stakeholder and technology constraints.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing Brokerage products.
- Technical expertise with APIs.
