Position: Motion Designer
Type: Full-time, Mostly Remote/Hybrid
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Compensation: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000/month
Role Overview: This position emphasizes craft and visual thinking, requiring someone who can quickly produce engaging motion designs that resonate with audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand motion language and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Create social media content such as Reels, TikToks, and animated explainers.
- Produce animations and videos for campaigns.
- Design motion graphics for product demonstrations and educational materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign assets.
- Deliver quick-turnaround creative work during product launches.
- Build and manage a motion asset library.
- Establish a feedback loop to assess performance.
Requirements:
- Ability to swiftly transition from brief to final asset.
- Experience with After Effects; knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a bonus.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Capability to take direction while also contributing ideas.
- Flexible style adaptation from playful to professional.
- Experience in fintech or high-growth tech environments is advantageous.
