Role Summary: We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to enhance our communication through engaging motion design. This role involves transforming concepts into dynamic visuals for various platforms, including social media, product launches, and educational content. The ideal candidate will excel in both craft and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop motion graphics for campaigns, launches, social media, educational content, and presentations.
- Translate complex ideas into straightforward and engaging animations.
- Develop storyboards, motion studies, and prototypes to conceptualize and pitch ideas.
- Maintain consistency in motion design across different channels by applying our established principles.
- Adapt designs for various platforms while upholding brand standards.
- Collaborate with design, content, and video teams from initial concept to final output.
Qualifications:
- Portfolio demonstrating strong motion design skills with a focus on pacing and detail.
- Proficiency in After Effects; familiarity with Cinema 4D or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to produce high-quality animations with attention to timing.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Interest in AI and enthusiasm for visualizing innovative ideas.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in illustration or design beyond motion.
- Skills in 3D design, sound design, or video editing.
- Familiarity with UI motion and micro-interactions.
