- Utilize Claude Code for swift deployment of impactful design changes, fostering feedback loops and ownership of improvements.
- Employ AI tools to enhance design workflows, maintaining adherence to design systems for consistency across updates.
- Contribute to defining, validating, and prioritizing product features, influencing strategic decisions alongside Product and Engineering.
- Support the evolution of the design process in a dynamic environment, ensuring usability and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI work.
- Strong attention to visual detail and usability.
- Experience in fast-paced teams, with a willingness to engage with code.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to product decision-making.
