About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive design process of various products in our portfolio. Your tasks may range from creating a SaaS dashboard to designing onboarding flows for paid communities, or developing landing pages aimed at conversion, and crafting interfaces for innovative AI tools. You will collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and product teams, allowing for a swift transition from concept to launch. As an early hire in design, you will help establish foundational practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complete product experiences, from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and final interfaces.
- Transform complex, AI-related challenges into intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
- Develop and enhance our design system across various products.
- Engage with users and integrate feedback into product iterations.
Qualifications
- A few years of experience in designing software products.
- A portfolio showcasing your UX, UI, and interaction design expertise.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Strong communication skills to advocate for design ideas effectively.
- Interest in AI and its implications for user experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI or developer-oriented products.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Basic understanding of front-end development.
