Role Overview
The Program Manager will oversee the operations of Empowerly’s ancillary programs and partnerships, which include summer programs, research internships, and tutoring. You will play a pivotal role in decision-making, process creation, and data-driven problem-solving. This position requires collaboration with various teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product to enhance program efficiency and scalability.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and implement ancillary Empowerly programs.
• Act as the main contact for 2+ partnership programs.
• Manage both the programs team and contractors.
• Oversee the Research Scholars Program from inception to quality control.
• Recruit and manage startups for the Startup Internship Program.
• Ensure program health through quality metrics and assessments.
• Deliver regular data reports on program performance.
• Design training resources for counselors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in Program or Project Management
- 2+ years in a management role
- Proficiency in Google tools and data analysis
- Familiarity with Airtable, WorkRamp, and Zendesk is a plus
