Role Overview: We are expanding our AI team and seeking a Senior AI / Generative AI Engineer to develop and maintain production-ready LLM-based systems within our platform. This position emphasizes practical applications of Generative AI, focusing on internal automation, chatbots, AI assistants, and existing services already deployed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and operation of LLM-based systems from conception to production support.
- Architect Generative AI systems, balancing quality, latency, and cost considerations.
- Act as a technical authority on applied Generative AI.
- Develop and sustain production LLM-powered applications, including chatbots and AI assistants.
- Implement and monitor evaluation frameworks and system health metrics.
- Address operational challenges and establish systems for reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Strong background in software engineering and experience with LLM-based systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Experience with foundational AI concepts, including RAG architectures and real-time product integration.
