- At least 5 years in back-end engineering, ideally with a focus on infrastructure.
- Self-sufficient and comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.

- Experience scaling products to over 1 million monthly active users.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, particularly React.
