The Role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to spearhead identity projects from inception to completion. You will develop complete brand identities—including logos, typography, color schemes, and guidelines—for startups that aspire to appear as industry leaders from day one. Collaborating closely with our Project Manager, you will maintain client engagement throughout the project, ensuring that your design expertise shapes the final output while the PM manages timelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead brand identity initiatives from project kickoff to delivery.
- Create logo systems, color palettes, typography, and cohesive visual languages.
- Develop practical brand guideline documents.
- Expand brand identities across various platforms, including social media, packaging, print, and web.
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and clients, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand identity design (agency or in-house).
- A portfolio showcasing unique identity work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT is essential.
- Excellent written English for clear communication.
