Role Overview
Senior Developer Experience and CI Engineer - desktop and mobile apps
We are seeking a team member to help minimize operational challenges while developing and maintaining the automation processes that support our goal of reaching 200 million users. You will collaborate with a skilled team of eight seasoned professionals, each with over 15-20 years of experience. Your work will involve managing numerous daily builds across more than 1,000 GitHub repositories, utilizing various programming languages such as C++, Rust, Go, and Python.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and release engineering, testing, and reporting tools
- Code signing and app distribution
- Collaborate on privacy and security best practices, including proof of concepts and scripting for new initiatives
- Work on features for our browser, search engine, or new product lines
Requirements
- Experience with build and release engineering
- Proficiency in TeamCity and Jenkins
- Familiarity with multiple OS platforms (Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows)
- Knowledge of AWS and Terraform
- Strong background in security and privacy practices
