- Lead ASO initiatives for iOS and Android across key markets.
- Manage localization efforts, A/B testing, and marketing creatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement growth experiments and optimize user experience.
- Maintain analytics dashboards and oversee performance reporting across acquisition channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth marketing with hands-on SEO and ASO expertise.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Firebase, Sensor Tower).
- Experience in crypto/Web3 or high-growth mobile sectors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
