The Role
We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to take charge of motion and animation elements in our client projects. You'll transform static designs into engaging experiences by creating micro-interactions, animated prototypes, launch videos, and cohesive motion systems that enhance product appeal. Collaborating closely with our Product Designers and Project Manager, you will be actively involved from project inception to completion. What You'll Do
- Lead motion design from initial concept to final output for web, mobile, and marketing materials.
- Develop micro-interactions, UI animations, and animated prototypes in partnership with product designers.
- Create launch videos, product demos, and motion assets for SaaS and AI offerings.
- Establish motion guidelines and reusable animation systems for client brands.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work alongside developers to ensure animations are effective and efficient.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in motion design, UI animation, or creative direction.
- Proficient in After Effects, Figma, Lottie, and/or Rive.
- A portfolio showcasing completed motion projects—product launches, UI animations, brand films (not just speculative work).
- Experience working in agile and asynchronous remote settings.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, and Kling.
- Excellent written English for effective communication with team members and clients.
