The Role
We are seeking a Senior No-Code Developer to transform the visions of our design team into functional websites. You will primarily work with Webflow and Framer, converting Figma designs into precise builds while paying meticulous attention to detail, including interactions, loading speeds, and responsive breakpoints. Collaborating closely with our Project Manager, you will manage the development process from inception to completion, ensuring client engagement throughout.
What You'll Do
- Utilize 3–5+ years of no-code development experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Webflow and/or Framer.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of responsive design and web performance.
- Accurately interpret and implement Figma designs.
- Effectively manage multiple remote projects simultaneously.
- Showcase fluency in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor in your daily development tasks.
- Communicate effectively in written English with team members and clients.
