Main Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Assist managers and staff with performance management and employee relations.
- Collaborate with EOR providers across diverse jurisdictions in Europe.
- Partner with Finance on contractor and payroll processes to ensure correctness and timeliness.
- Create scalable HR workflows, transitioning from manual to AI-supported processes.
- Develop and maintain people operations tools and automations.
- Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in People Operations or HR within a tech environment (SaaS or fintech).
- Experience in scale-ups or startups with a focus on process building.
- Understanding of European employment law and contractor management.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous team.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical acumen.
- Experience with payroll processes is advantageous.
