The Role: We are seeking a Senior Raw Code Developer to transform our designs into high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect, fully customized builds from Figma designs, with a keen eye for detail in interactions, loading speeds, and accessibility. Collaborating closely with our Project Manager, you will maintain client engagement from project initiation to completion, ensuring a seamless build process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead custom web development projects from start to finish.
- Produce clean, production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create responsive, high-performance websites and applications using modern frameworks.
- Translate Figma designs into precise, tailor-made builds.
- Implement animations and manage complex UI states.
- Ensure compatibility, accessibility, and performance across various browsers.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and web performance.
- Ability to accurately interpret and execute Figma designs.
- Experience managing multiple remote projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
- Excellent written English for effective communication.
