Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our engineering team. You will focus on creating robust and responsive cross-platform mobile applications. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers will be essential to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Create shared UI components and design systems to ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, promoting best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end features.
• Optimize application performance and user experience by addressing complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for the integration of new technologies.
• Develop innovative solutions to technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly with React Native.
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid grasp of React and its ecosystem.
• Understanding of web development principles and ability to contribute to frontend projects.
• Proven skills in designing scalable software architectures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
