Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. This individual will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver secure, user-friendly software while taking ownership of the entire UX design process. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design projects from discovery to execution with minimal guidance.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Make informed trade-offs considering usability, security, and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on priorities.
- Present findings and design rationales effectively to stakeholders.
- Contribute to UX standards and mentor fellow designers.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in UX and Interaction Design.
- Strong background in UX research methodologies.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and design outcomes.
