The Role
We are seeking a Senior Website Designer to craft contemporary, high-converting websites for B2B, SaaS, and consumer brands. You will translate project briefs into flawless web experiences that merge visual appeal with functionality and conversion optimization. Collaborating closely with our Project Manager, you will engage with clients from project initiation to final handoff, taking ownership of the design process while the PM ensures timely project progression. You recognize that a website serves not just as a layout, but as a sales instrument with a distinct character.
What You'll Do
- Lead website and landing page projects from start to finish.
- Create responsive designs for B2B, SaaS, and consumer brands.
- Develop comprehensive website systems and UI components using Figma.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while innovating creatively.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Manage feedback to enhance design outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in web design.
- Proficient in Figma and responsive design principles.
- A portfolio showcasing modern and professional websites.
- Familiarity with Webflow or Framer is advantageous.
- Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma Make.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Strong written English skills for effective communication.
