Role Overview:

Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in fintech or crypto. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. Familiarity with payment systems and troubleshooting APIs is advantageous. A proactive mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
