Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to serve as the main technical liaison for developers utilizing our API infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth transitions from integration to production while minimizing obstacles during the process.
Main Responsibilities
- Integration Support: Deliver in-depth technical assistance to partners throughout the API integration process.
- API Documentation: Enhance and maintain comprehensive technical guides and API references for various use cases.
- Bug Triaging & Feedback: Detect, replicate, and document API issues and user experience challenges for core engineering teams.
- Technical Sales & Solution Architecture: Assess intricate customer needs, align them with suitable API solutions, and provide technical validation to assist stakeholders in decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, extensive knowledge of REST API architectures, and experience in debugging complex API interactions. A minimum of 5 years in a related field is required.
