Role Overview: The Treasurer will be instrumental in shaping Flutterwave's treasury strategy, managing financial risks, and optimizing capital and liquidity. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of financial markets and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the company’s financial stability and efficiency in a competitive global landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a treasury strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Oversee cash management, investments, and liquidity while identifying market opportunities.
• Establish financial risk management frameworks to mitigate exposure.
• Manage treasury operations and enhance process efficiencies.
• Analyze treasury performance and produce reports to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external financial partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in treasury or financial management.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and treasury tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
