Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily treasury operations in WAEMU and CEMAC markets.
- Monitor liquidity levels and account balances across various wallets and banks.
- Collaborate with banks and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Assist in funding and rebalancing activities between regions.
- Address any failed, delayed, or pending transactions, escalating as necessary.
- Conduct daily reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare treasury and transaction reports for management review.
- Support compliance and audit requests related to treasury operations.
- Enhance treasury workflows, controls, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in treasury or finance operations, particularly in fintech or banking.
- Familiarity with banking platforms and payment systems.
- Proficient in financial reporting and spreadsheet management.
- Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of UEMOA and/or CEMAC financial regulations is preferred.
