Key Responsibilities
- Analyze long-form webinars to identify valuable clips and key insights.
- Edit these clips into engaging, polished short videos optimized for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all videos meet high standards for visual and audio quality, incorporating color correction, seamless transitions, and accurate captions.
- Focus on audience retention by utilizing hooks, text animations, and creative pacing to enhance views and shares.
- Maintain a reliable monthly content calendar to ensure consistent video publication without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor or Content Creator with a portfolio showcasing transformations from long-form to short-form content.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to distill complex webinar content into compelling narratives for social media.
- Strong attention to editing styles, typography, timing, and sound design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a remote framework while meeting deadlines.
