Role Overview
As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing both short-form and long-form video content, including social media reels, educational lessons, and promotional videos. We seek a professional editor who excels in storytelling, pacing, and sound, steering clear of template-driven edits.

Main Responsibilities

• Edit various video formats for social media, courses, and campaigns.
• Transform raw footage into engaging narratives with excellent pacing and sound quality.
• Incorporate motion, captions, and graphics that enhance content clarity.
• Maintain a cohesive style across all published materials.
• Deliver high-quality edits quickly, often on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, motion designers, and founders throughout the editing process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional editing experience, showcased in a portfolio or reel.
• Proficiency in editing software like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Eye for captivating short-form content.
• Reliable, organized, and collaborative.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and After Effects.
• Background in editing for creators or social-first brands.
• Basic skills in color grading and audio cleanup.
• Familiarity with using AI tools in the editing process.
