YouTube Thumbnail Designer

This is NOT just a design role, we’re looking for someone who understands YouTube click-through behavior and how thumbnails drive performance.

• Have experience designing thumbnails specifically for YouTube

• Understand what makes people click (contrast, emotion, curiosity, clarity)

• Be familiar with current YouTube trends and styles

• Be able to show past work and (ideally) performance metrics

Client supports people who feel called to make a difference, especially in times of political and social instability, but need the strategy, structure, and support to do so effectively.
