Role Overview: As a Learning Experience Designer within the Knowledge Operations team, you will enhance how teams learn and share information. Your role will involve developing knowledge assets like SOPs and training materials that are user-friendly and easily accessible. Your contributions will help embed these resources into daily practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

Knowledge Capture (30%): Collaborate with teams to document processes and ensure usability.
Learning Design (70%): Transform documented knowledge into training content and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
Content Creation: Produce clear, engaging materials in various formats, aligning with organizational objectives.
LMS Management: Assist in selecting and implementing learning management systems to enhance the learning experience.
Evaluation: Implement feedback loops to assess and improve learning initiatives.
Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to gather information for knowledge development.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years in instructional design or related fields.
Experience in developing diverse learning content.
Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
