Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to craft high-quality designs for our financial products, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and effective. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and promoting user-centered design practices throughout the organization. A strategic mindset and a robust UX/UI background are essential for translating intricate financial concepts into smooth user experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies that meet business goals and user requirements.
• Lead the entire design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI execution.
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design implementation.
• Create scalable UI components and enhance our design system.
• Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation.
• Stay updated on fintech trends to drive product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior design role focused on UX.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and mobile/web platforms.
• Strong knowledge of usability testing and UX analytics tools.
• Experience with motion design tools and design principles.
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma and agile environments.
• Background in fintech/SaaS is preferred.
