Position Overview

We are in search of a Product Designer to develop user-friendly, visually engaging designs that enhance our customers' financial experiences, particularly with our wealth and investment products. You will work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team to elevate how users manage and grow their wealth.

Main Responsibilities

• Create innovative user experiences from the ground up, utilizing our design system to develop new workflows while ensuring product and brand consistency.
• Oversee the complete design process, transforming concepts into practical designs using Figma for engineering collaboration and marketing execution.
• Infuse creativity into our product and branding, turning ordinary interactions into memorable experiences for users.
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to identify challenges and objectives, design prototypes, and deliver high-quality product outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Product Design experience in a tech company valued over $1 billion.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on aesthetics and detail.
• Understanding of human emotions to create delightful user experiences.
• Strong communication skills, emphasizing the importance of thoughtful copy in design.
• Preference for candidates based in London or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available).
