We are seeking a skilled commercial lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This pivotal role will involve structuring and negotiating enterprise sales and partnership agreements while supporting various commercial transactions. You will collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams, ensuring swift and effective deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize enterprise sales and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on privacy and data security issues.
• Design scalable legal processes to enhance efficiency.
• Navigate cross-border regulatory challenges in the UK/EU and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• JD, LLM, or equivalent legal qualification with 5-12 years of experience.
• Expertise in international commercial transactions, especially in the UK/EU and APAC.
• Strong writing skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
