- Develop and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio, ensuring optimal utilization and repayment.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure robust underwriting while achieving lending goals.
- Monitor KPIs related to loan disbursement and portfolio quality, and conduct regular merchant visits.
- Drive the adoption of POS terminals to facilitate transactions and enhance lending visibility.
Requirements
