Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic GenAi Project Director to spearhead strategic development, creative concepts, and campaign execution. Ideal candidates will have experience leading digital content and social media campaigns in a creative agency setting, alongside a strong track record of managing multifaceted projects and driving new business initiatives. Attention to detail, an understanding of project profitability, and effective account management are crucial for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Services: Ensure a positive client experience, maintain clear communication, and proactively address service issues.
Workflow Management: Utilize project management tools for timely project delivery and escalate issues as necessary.
Project Delivery: Lead projects, ensuring alignment on budgets, scopes, and timelines, while managing client expectations and final presentations.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities and collaborate with leadership on pursuing new business.
Team Development: Foster a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and encouraging high standards of work.

Requirements:
Proven client engagement skills, proficiency in workflow management, and familiarity with account invoicing are essential. A creative mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a basic understanding of AI technologies are advantageous.
