Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance a growing engineering team dedicated to improving development and operational quality.
- Identify and monitor key performance metrics to assess team health.
- Establish structured engineering and operational workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the BootStack team with stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure the team remains focused on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Meet service level agreements for global customer implementations.
- Provide consistent, high-quality managed services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related discipline.
- Background in software delivery (Python, Go, C, C++, Java) or operations management.
- Solid understanding of OpenStack.
- Strong commitment to testing methodologies and code quality.
- Experience with Linux system administration; familiarity with Ubuntu/Debian is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile practices and managing remote teams.
- Technical knowledge of complex distributed systems and cloud technologies.
