Requirements:
- Strong experience with Node.js backend development (Express or NestJS)
- Solid understanding of REST API design, validation, and error handling
- Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, roles/permissions)
- Experience with databases (MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly to beginners
- Comfortable recording videos (screen + voice) and writing clear instructions
- Basic frontend experience (enough to collaborate and make minor fixes)
- Reliable communication and ability to deliver consistently
