Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital financial platform. In this role, you will develop robust automation frameworks and be a key player in integrating quality assurance within our CI/CD pipelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Test Architecture & Frameworks: Create and scale test automation frameworks for backend microservices, web platforms, and mobile applications.
- Automation: Lead functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, writing high-quality automation code.
- CI/CD Integration: Embed continuous testing in our development pipelines to ensure stability and functionality.
- Performance & Security Testing: Conduct automated testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers and product managers to define testability requirements from the outset.
- Defect Analysis: Debug issues and collaborate with developers to address root causes.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and promote a quality-focused culture.
Requirements
5+ years in an SDET or Software Automation role, with strong skills in Java and JavaScript. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), API testing, and CI/CD tools is essential. Strong communication and a proactive, collaborative approach are crucial.
